Within this module you will also discover how to uncover hidden agendas, use metaphors, understand the Hierarchy of Ideas and develop language skills to influence and negotiate.

Rapport is vital in building meaningful relationships, whether personal or business. When in rapport your communication becomes more natural and extremely effective. Our trainers will enhance your rapport skills through using proven techniques like Pacing & Leading, Mirror and Matching and enhancing and using your Sensory Acuity. You will also develop your auditory skills (so important when using the telephone) and the ability to create rapport with large groups.

We all represent the world differently in our minds using Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic representational systems. This module gives you an understanding of how the mind works and introduces you to a number of invaluable tools utilising representational systems. You will learn how other people represent the world, how to really communicate with them effectively and persuasively, understand beliefs and easily change those beliefs that limit. You will learn to use the Sub-Modalities of internal representations. Powerful NLP techniques such as the Swish Pattern and the Fast Phobia Cure, utilise this to change the way you feel about particular things, foods and even addictions and debilitating phobias. You will also learn about eye patterns and eye-accessing cues, giving you additional insight into the way people think.

Strategies are patterns that we continuously run. Unfortunately sometimes these can be negative patterns, stifling peoples development and impacting on learning. This module enables you to observe and decode these strategies and then either use them, install new ones or positively change them. For example you will learn how to discover a persons buying and decision making strategy (vital in sales), elicit a persons convincer and reassurance strategy or even understand individuals relationship strategies.

Anchoring is a naturally occurring process that can be utilised to create extremely powerful techniques. These techniques will enable you to build personal resource anchors that provide the ability to control your own state at all times, to chain anchors to allow movement from a ‘stuck’ state, like procrastination, and turn it into motivation. This module also shows you how to use anchors in relationships and understand how to collapse anchors to eradicate unwanted feelings.

Learn a variety of reframes that will allow you to change, soften and shake up an objection or statement. You will also practice the use of reframing when dealing with a phobia and in the NLP Negotiation Model.

Interviews, business, interest groups and schools; presentation skills are becoming a key requirement in our lives. You will learn the 4 mat system; a way of structuring what you want to say so that it conforms to how the various listeners minds operate. We will show techniques that encourage positive states as well as those that unconsciously emphasise your key messages. You will leave this QNLP course with all the necessary tools and resources to present effectively and confidently, whether on a one to one basis or to an audience of 2000.
