Course Content…
It is important to ensure that all budding Masters start from the same place. To facilitate this, we will revisit aspects of the Practitioner level training on the Masters, refreshing and applying it, whilst adding the more advanced material covered on this course. The focus of the Masters is on Modelling; understand what works and why, and so enhancing skills. Being a Practitioner, you will already have become unconsciously competent at aspects. By the end of your Masters development, you will be able to be elegantly flexible and able to tailor your approach to suit any situation, individual or group. On the Master Practitioner you will cover:
Modelling is core to NLP, and it is core to this Programme. As a Master Practitioner, it is important to have the ability to model: to identify the mental, attitudinal and behavioural factors that enable people to achieve successful and desirable outcomes. Modelling also enables us to understand how individuals can be an expert in achieving undesirable outcomes, and so improve our ability to coach! NLP Modelling is the key that unlocks all of the Masters’ elements.
- Advanced Language Patterns
In your NLP Practitioner, you will have covered Language Patterns: Milton Model & Meta Model, and this is a continuing theme with your Master Practitioner. You will be learning additional language patterns, refreshing and refining your skills with the Practitioner level patterns, as well as developing your abilities in recognising and utilising subtle non-verbal communications, and so having a better understanding of what is not being said, but that is being communicated. We look at a core influencing model that enhances bargaining and negotiation.
Meta Programmes Patterns are the filters that influence a person’s understanding, decision making, responses and actions. They provide valuable insights into why and how an individual is thinking or behaving in a particular way. In the Master Practitioner you will develop the ability to recognise the linguistic indicators of key Meta Programmes in conversation. To use Meta Programmes conversationally to improve your communication with both individuals and groups, and to use the Meta Programmes in coaching, to enable people to enhance their performance
Developing upon the Practitioner level techniques like Pacing & Leading, Mirror and Matching and enhancing and using your Sensory Acuity. Your Masters will enhance your repertoire by developing skills in body and facial reading, providing you with greater insights into the unconscious, physiological communication provided by others, providing you with more information to act on.
Our NLP Master Practitioner covers a comprehensive coaching framework that enables us to examine how to coach effectively using NLP. We will explore how NLP skills, such as Outcome Setting, can be used to enable the coachee to clarify their objectives, to use NLP to recognise and overcome obstacles or limiting beliefs which might affect their personal and professional lives.
In your Master Practitioner you will learn to recognise and utilise Sleight of Mouth Patterns. Developed by Robert Dilts, these are advanced and powerful reframing patterns that will enhance your communication, and will enable you to better assist a person in examining and altering limiting beliefs and values, resolving self esteem issues and changing how they respond to difficulties and setbacks. These skills seamlessly integrated into everyday conversation, facilitating change, without the need for the use of ‘formal’ NLP techniques. You will also recognise when Sleight of Mouth Patterns are being used by others. These patterns occur in everyday conversation and are used, intentionally or unintentionally, as patterns of influence.
Your Masters will provide you with an introduction to the process of time-based interventions. These will equip you with specialist tools to eliminate negative emotions, self-limiting beliefs or decisions and break down those internal blocks that prevent you from fulfilling your full potential.
- Additional Psychological Models
Your Master Practitioners will provide insights into additional models that are either, drawn from the foundations of NLP, or are supportive of the NLP approach. We will explore and use Gestalt, Humanistic and Client Centred Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as a means of broadening your portfolio of skills and knowledge.

Flexibility in your learning…
Modular: 6 Days + 6 Days Constructed for those with commitments that make taking workdays off challenging. You commence your learning over six days, which start on a Sunday and ends on the next Friday. Then, two months later, you return to complete your Master Practitioner Course. This design is to limit the number of working days impacted by your development.

If you require accommodation, we have 26 rooms available at our on site hotel. QNLP course delegates are extended a privileged rate throughout their stay. This rate includes Breakfast, Dinner and complimentary use of the Gym and Wireless Broadband. We also have a list of other accommodation available in the local area that will suit all requirements.
