Leadership and Management Grants… STILL AVAILABLE

Government Grants are available to help all business sectors develop their leadership and management skills. Additional support to enhance other skills in the workforce is also available.

Train to Gain is part of the Learning and Skills Council. Through it you can secure access to grants of up to £1,000 to assist in the development of the leadership and management skills within your business. The first £500 is a straightforward grant, with the second £500 will need to be match funded by the business.

To be eligible in the first instance, businesses need to:

  • Employ between 5 and 249 people
  • Have not accessed this funding before
  • Use the funding for the development of Senior Managers and above
